What is Kidz in Space?
KiDZ iN SpACE is a musical theater experience that follows five gifted high school outsiders who refuse to accept the limits placed on them. When JJ - a natural leader still grieving loss- has a powerful dream revealing a mystical place within the Pillars of Creation. He becomes unwavering in his mission: build a rocket and get there.
Joined by his wildly genius friends and guided by their eccentric science teacher, the team sets out to do the impossible. With the love of astronomy on their side, the crew embarks on a galactic adventure of a lifetime...and takes the audience with them.
Blending science, humor, heart, and a driving pop and glam rock score, KiDZ iN SpACE is a musical journey about grief transformed into purpose, the power of friendship, and the radical act of believing in a dream - even when the world says it’s impossible!
